Each product page should identify the format, contents, usability, license, price, and limitations before checkout.

Digital delivery

Released products are delivered electronically using a secure, time-limited link. Customers are responsible for downloading and retaining a master copy.

Refund review

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, ordinary dissatisfaction is treated differently from duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, technical delivery failures, or verified defective files.

Technical support

StableForms will assist with verified download access, file opening, printing, basic product use, license questions, and confirmed defects.

No unauthorized sharing

Customers may not resell or distribute standalone files outside the licensed business.
